Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Tanya LaRose has a strong work ethic, moral compass, and innate business savviness. She is the youngest of five sisters and the daughter of a homemaker and carpenter. Entering the workforce after her high school graduation in 2006, Tanya exceeded occupationally in areas of business administration and outbound sales. In 2009, she assisted a local construction company with their expansion by heading a marketing plan which catapulted annual revenues from $750k to over three million dollars. She then began studying Business Management and Saskatchewan Real Estate. At the beginning of 2014, Tanya LaRose received her provincial license in residential, farm, and commercial real estate. Tanya was soon recruited by RE/MAX Saskatoon where she spent nearly 5 years before being recruited to Royal LePage Varsity where she continues to grow her business. Tanya has managed to successfully achieve excellence in the local real estate industry as she maintains a strong network of buyers and sellers. Tanya does not give up until she gets what she wants and she delivers that same achievement for every client and every real estate deal she closes.
Tanya LaRose also subscribes to ongoing endeavors of professional, personal, and spiritual growth. A few of her most recent continuing education courses are the Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Seller’s Representative Specialist, and the Power Negotiator’s Handbook. For environmental reasons, Tanya completes most of her real estate transactions without the use of paper, unless there are special circumstances or requests. As for community involvement, she created the community outreach program called “Crystal’s Gift” which re-homes gently used furniture for single mothers in need, the only resource of its kind in Saskatchewan. On a personal level, Tanya enjoys quality time with her son, travelling, cooking, reading, and making memories with family and friends.
